Memories
01.
The View from Bennington Monument
Everybody loves looking down at the world below them, especially when the view is as serene and beautiful as a small town in the fall. But for something relatively simple, the fact that I managed to go three times with the monument being closed is even more impressive. Whether weather, pandemic, or simple maintenance issues, I'm almost surprised I managed to get up to the top at all. That said, after all the effort, the views are definitely worth the wait.

02.
Driving with my Grandparents
There's something special about a roadtrip with the right people, and getting to drive through Vermont with your Gram & Pap is one of the most special memories I have with them. The first time I went with my grandfather, everything was still closed from the pandemic: we didn't even find somewhere to eat in the state. But it doesn't always matter what you do, or even where you go- simply driving in the countryside and chatting is the perfect way to spend a day.
